This HUM-Praxis project is a three-year research collaboration between Andelsgaarde and Aalborg University focused on regenerative agriculture. It explores how sensory experiences with soil and interspecies collaboration can shape our understanding of and relationship to the soil - and inspire new agricultural practices in response to the soil fertility crisis.

Through anthropological fieldwork and farm events with workshops, shared meals, and conversations, we develop new knowledge and methods that strengthen our connection to the soil and point toward alternative paths for agriculture.

Emma is currently working as an interdisciplinary coordinator, employed by the association Andelsgaarde. In this project she develops research methods and curates the public involvement through workshops, farm events, artist residencies and films.

The project is supported by the VELUX Foundation.
